The Client

Cablenet is a leading telecommunications provider based in Cyprus, offering a complete portfolio of services including broadband internet, TV, Fixed and Mobile telephony services. It is known for providing high-speed internet through affordable packages for both residential and business customers, earning a reputation for providing reliable services and excellent customer support. They consistently roll out new products/services and exciting offers, like their recent Trade-in service, where customers can bring in their old phones and trade them for newer models or accessories. This is where we stepped in to create cool and engaging content, highlighting these promotions in a way that would captivate and engage their audience, while equally enticing them to consider the new service and its benefits.

The Production

The production of the campaign was focused on presenting the Trade-in service in a fun and entertaining  way. The overall concept of the new service relied on the playful slogan, "Thank you EX - Bring your EX, Leave with your NEXT!", which allowed us to incorporate common life situations and highlighted everyday phone issues to give people relatable reasons to use the Trade-in service.

This was a great opportunity to incorporate great models in our scripts and production, who would act out humorous scenarios and generate a more authentic, relatable and approachable impression. Even Cablenet staff members participated in our reels, demonstrating the step-by-step process of trading in your phone, along with other engaging content.

The Plan

Our collaboration with Cablenet aimed to create engaging and entertaining content that would highlight their latest offering: the exciting Trade-in deal for used phones. The ultimate objective was to not only raise awareness about the new service among a wide range of audiences, but also to utilise the modern form of video content creation, along with trendy audios and scenarios, to incline people to take advantage of Trade-In by understanding its immediate benefits and privileges through an entertaining and memorable way.
