ERA Department Stores, the only department store chain in Cyprus, is dedicated to offering a diverse range of high-quality products, from fashion and beauty essentials to home goods. With a goal to enhance their online presence, ERA sought to raise engagement on social media platforms, boost awareness of their extensive product offerings and ultimately drive traffic and sales in their physical stores. It was clear that the power of original video content was the best practice that would lead the brand to achieve its objectives!
The Plan
To effectively showcase the variety and quality of ERA's products, we leveraged trending sounds and visual trends across social media in order to present everything in a modern and appealing way. Our approach was centered around highlighting the essence of ERA through the use of both male and female models who embodied the brand's style and ethos. Each video was crafted with seasonality in mind, focusing on products that would intrigue audiences and drive them to shop at relevant times of the year. By aligning with current trends and consumer interests, we aimed to create compelling content that would elevate ERA's social media engagement.
The Execution
The video content creation was centered around thematic storytelling, designed to resonate with diverse audiences across Instagram and TikTok. We crafted a series of engaging videos that showcased ERA’s extensive range of products, each with a distinct focus to capture different customer interests.
The themes of the videos ranged from showcasing must-have outfits for various seasons and occasions to featuring curated gift ideas for special moments. We also spotlighted skincare and beauty essentials to tap into the growing demand for self-care products, with each video being tailored to reflect the trends of the moment.
