The Client


Costa Coffee is a leading coffee shop chain known for its high-quality beverages and inviting atmosphere. With the goal of enhancing its brand presence during the summer season, Costa Coffee aimed to promote its revitalising selection of summer drinks as the go-to choice for customers looking to enjoy refreshing experiences. The primary objective of the campaign was to raise awareness of the summer beverage lineup, while also engaging a younger demographic to increase social media interaction and foot traffic to stores.

The Plan 
 

To realise these objectives, our marketing strategy centred on creating an enticing narrative around the summer experience with Costa Coffee. We planned to leverage a multi-channel approach, integrating social media advertising, influencer partnerships and offline activations to create buzz around the new offerings. Our messaging, encapsulated by the tagline “Experience a leap of taste,” was designed to inspire potential customers to explore bold flavours and new experiences. By focusing on visually appealing lifestyle content and videos creation for Instagram and TikTok, we aimed to capture the essence of summer and the joy of trying something new.

The Execution


The execution of the campaign included a diverse range of activations aimed at engaging the target audience. We partnered with popular influencers who visited Costa Coffee locations to sample the summer drinks and share their experiences on social media, generating authentic content that resonated with their followers. Additionally, we implemented a series of offline activations, including vibrant billboards strategically placed in high-traffic areas and a captivating radio spot that conveyed our campaign message.

Also, through a live link by Klik FM at Costa Coffee Protaras also attracted audiences, who participated in interactive games for gifts and vouchers by the brand, as well as through a separate interactive competition on social media that encouraged engagement. Our advertising efforts were also vast in reaching a big portion of our target audience, through META and Google display banners.
