Cyprus-based MIP Architecture is an architectural firm founded by Michalis Patsalosavis. Despite the company's reputation for quality and rigour, it lacked communication channels and thus, exposure of those attributes. But we knew what we had to do. We designed and developed a website for the company that would enhance MIP Architecture's digital presence in an already over-saturated industry. The aim of the site is to showcase the work of MIP Architects in a bold, elegant and functional way.
Large scale photography took center stage and white space accentuated the minimal undertones of the company. Using front-end developing techniques, we enabled the company to celebrate projects, while outlining its commitment to producing immersive spaces. We utilised overlays to showcase the information text for each project. To retain brand synergy, we also produced a logotype in line with the company's values. Our team managed to increase visibility and exposure, positioning the company as market expert.
The website was built on our favourite Drupal 8 Content Management System. This gave our client full access and full ability to manage the variety of content. Drupal is one of the biggest open source systems in the world and is built on principles of collaboration, innovation and customisation.
