NAGA is one of the leading companies in the Fintech industry, and is a member of the German NAGA Group AG. NAGA’s team of experts services millions of clients from around the world, always striving to connect global financial markets to facilitate the creation of a more open and equitable future for the field. NAGA is renowned for its tenacity and commitment to evolving and growing through constant education and honing of their craft. Their years of continuous effort have paid dividends over time, as they have solidified them as one of the most known and reliable companies in their field.

The Objective

NAGA’s goal for this campaign was to increase awareness about the prospects a career in NAGA offers, which would lead to an increase in job applications, and hopefully, hires. To convey the benefits of working for NAGA, it was highly important to clearly explain the reasons that make it such an appealing and promising career choice. The end goal was for the campaign to reach 300.000 users during its runtime.

The Execution

To perfectly convey NAGA’s biggest strength, we chose a futuristic approach focused on the concepts of transformation and evolution. This presentation was consistent throughout the campaign both visually and in terms of copy, thus creating a recognisable figure that would grab the viewers’ attention and generate excitement. To fully flesh out the idea we landed on a holistic approach that included custom scripts & voice overs, custom character building and custom animation, among others.

Besides the creative aspect of the campaign, we were also tasked with the campaign’s management and its overall performance. Our responsibilities included the management of ads on multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Display), as well as local media and offline activations (Banner Impressions, Advertorials, Interviews, Career Job Posts).

Every part of the campaign was handled methodically, making it a resounding success, as is evident by the following figures.
