The Project

Prime Insurance set a goal to provide high-quality insurance programs and services, with a customer-oriented approach, always aiming to satisfy the demands of the customer. In this constant effort of providing high-quality services, Prime Insurance always strives to work with motivated professionals who will represent the company’s ethics, will assist existing clients and expand the business.

The company chose to utilize digital marketing in order to run a Recruitment Campaign to gather hires who could fit the profile!

Opium Works took to the challenge and created a plan to execute the recruitment campaign.

Before beginning the planning process, it was first necessary to identify the goals of the campaign. These were set as having a need to promote the company through creating Brand Awareness so as to be able to send Traffic to the website with an ultimate goal to get CVs to be sent to the HR email.

The Plan

In order to achieve this, we utilized a combination of Social Media Ads along with Google Display Ads for Awareness purposes. Prior to launching the marketing campaign, the team set out to create the necessary content. Our team proposed a combination of static and video content to produce a dynamic content mix.

One of the major criteria for all of this content was that it had to be genuine and be able to create an emotional connection with the targeted audience.

All of our expert teams came together from our creative art directors to our in-house production team to our performance team who would finally take everything live.

We set out on an entire month of content production. 

We covered all of the client’s offices from Nicosia and Larnaca to Limassol and  Paphos. We hit every office to get the real people, the real agents who make up the Prime Insurance sales agents team! Photoshoots took place in each location covering the very best of the company.

The Execution

Sales agents also came in to our professional studio from all over the island for a 2-minute long video in which they each stated what it is they love about their jobs, what a new recruit should expect and look forward to joining this amazing team. The video was then broken down into smaller bite-sized social media friendly videos.

Simultaneously, our graphic designers worked to create graphics that covered the pain points of clients that these agents get to work on and cover every day with tips and testimonials, improving people’s lives- a major part of the company’s ethics!

Once all material was ready, our marketing team worked closely with the client to create the perfect curation of material and solidify the target audiences and strategy. The performance team set up all of the ads and took us live for a duration of 40 days. With daily monitoring and optimization, we achieved excellent results for this campaign!  
We achieved over 1.6M Impressions on both channels and over 8.3K Link Clicks, great CPCs as low as €0.07 a reach of over 92K with a frequency of 7 for the entirety of the campaign.
