The Home for Cooperation is a unique community centre nestled in the heart of Nicosia. It is the embodiment of intercommunal cooperation, contributing to the collective efforts of civil society in their engagement with peacebuilding and intercultural dialogue. Using its sources it encourages people to cooperate with each other beyond constraints and dividing lines. Elevating a brand requires telling a story that builds its core values. For Home For Cooperation, this meant redefining and reimagining a language that acts as a bridge-builder between separated communities, memories and visions.
Opium Works was enlisted to craft a journey that facilitates engagement throughout this process and provides opportunities for Non-Governmental Organisations and individuals to design and implement innovative projects. To bring this to life, we developed and designed an E-commerce, supported by exclusive content that provided a glimpse into the world of the organisation. To raise brand awareness and further amplify sales, we integrated a news journal and an events calendar. The website was built on our favourite Drupal 8 Content Management System.
This gave our client full access and full ability to manage the variety of content. Drupal is one of the biggest open source systems in the world and is built on principles of collaboration, innovation and customisation. Make the system work just how you want it.
