The Client

At the company Mitsides, October has come to be known as Pasta Month. As a renowned brand with beloved products, the Mitsides always strives to stay in line with its popular reputation amongst the Cypriot audiences. Pasta, as the flagship product of the brand, perfectly encapsulates and embodies its best traits: versatility, variety, quality and rich taste. The objectives of the particular campaign, targeting all of Cyprus, were to promote Mitsides’ products and recipes, create an emotional connection in order to entice engagement and ultimately increase the brand’s social media followership.

The Concept

We were tasked with coming up with a comprehensive concept for this year’s iteration of the celebratory month. It was important to craft a compelling narrative and an equally captivating visual approach that would present refreshed ways to celebrate the occasion. Therefore, our concept focused on the versatility and understated depth that pasta offers, by focusing on unique recipes, nutritional facts, and the lifestyle aspect of cooking and enjoying pasta, in order to reignite the audience's passion, love and craving for pasta. 
 

The Execution

Visually, this year’s Pasta Month was defined by colourful and vibrant patterns that perfectly captured the brand’s aesthetic, while also being subtle, yet eye-catching.

As Pasta Month is a true celebration, it would not be complete without presents. Taking this notion into consideration, we ensured that every week of the month led to an exciting giveaway! Our competitions featured different valuable gifts that kept viewers coming back time and again.

In order to establish elevated engagement by our social media followers, we created a multitude of intriguing and interesting polls, did you know facts and pasta pairings posts and stories. Additionally, we incorporated our brand ambassador, Stephania Mitsides, for a number of videos, where the aim was to showcase unique pasta ideas that would be appealing to all types of audiences, to further generate engagement as well as a more emotional connection.

Finally, everything came to a close in a thrilling event, where multiple influencers, food bloggers, and other reputable Cypriot figures were invited to meet each other, have fun, and enjoy a variety of delectable pasta dishes, prepared by very talented chefs.
