Debenhams is one of the leading department store chains in the UK and participates with a 10% shareholding in the Ermes Group. Seven Debenhams franchise department stores operating across Cyprus offer Fashion (Women’s, Men’s & Children’s fashion, Fashion Accessories & Lingerie), Beauty, Homeware, Food departments and Venue Café.
The Project
Debenhams challenged us to create a new marketing strategy that would honour their heritage while at the same time modernize the brand so that it connects with younger audiences.
The Approach
Our team took on their social media channels with the aim to raise awareness and lift direct sales. From writing captivating captions to creating templated visuals, we bridged the gap between the consumer and the company.
We also launched competitions to facilitate interactivity to entice audiences. We delivered high quality content that was in line with Debenhams’ global values.
