They are represented by more than 8,800 independently owned and operated franchise offices located in 81 countries and territories worldwide, backed by more than 122,000 independent sales professionals who all understand the real estate industry.
The goal for CENTURY 21 in Cyprus, was to increase awareness among other established competitors located in the island and promote its services.
To do so, Opium Works Performance team created different types of advertisements using Facebook, Instagram, Google Search ads and Google Display ads to provide a multifaceted strategy.
Facebook tactics
Reach Ads were created to reach as many people as possible on the island, at the lowest cost.
Traffic ads for all different kinds of services CENTURY 21 provided (Buy Real Estate, Rent Real Estate, Rent out your property, Sell your property).
Those advertisements also divided into the types of Real estate CENTURY21 provided: Apartments, Offices, Houses, Luxury Villas, Plots/Fields.
During our cooperation, we decided to incorporate Facebook Lead Generation forms for several of the above services.
Facebook Lead forms provide Quality Leads, are user friendly, and save time for the user.
Each ad possessed different and specific messages and that was why they were successful. We managed to collect 225 Leads in total during a period of 4 months.
Google Tactics
To achieve our goal, we implemented a two-way approach. At first, we began with keyword research to understand the industry and collect valuable data in terms of keyword difficulty and keyword monthly volume.
Then we chose the specific keywords that would assist our campaign and divided them into categories.
Different messages were created for each of those categories to match the keyword searched with the message of the advertisement.
Google Display Ads were supportive as we promoted occasional events to maximize their exposure.
